Fees Services

  • FEES are based on the location and time of the notary being performed.
  • The base travel fee for a Mobile Notary in Los Angeles during normal business hours is $50.
  • In addition, each notarized signature is a fixed fee of $15 with every 6th signature free.
  • If you require a notary during peak traffic or after hours, the travel fee is increased between $10 and $500 depending on the hour.
  • Please contact for more information on certified document translation, oath administration, language interpreters and investigators of elections.
  • Loan signings are a flat rate of $150-$200. Fees are increased for additional services.
  • SERVICES include appointments within 60 minutes of contact, 24 hours of mobile notary services throughout Los Angeles County 7 days a week, courier, color printing, mailing, scanning and fax.
  • PAYMENT accepted via cash, company check, paypal or any major credit card.
  • CANCELLATION policy is one hour prior to signing appointment otherwise travel fee will apply.
  • WAIT fees are $1 per minute for the first hour and $2 per minute for each hour thereafter. We offer a 15 minute grace period beginning at the appointment time.
